Elite Site Development, LLC started with a dream by Eric McDaniel. As a small boy he grew up around construction sites and a passion for making dreams come true. Eric began Elite Site Development on his own in 2015 as a single person operating with no other employees and scraping funds together to rent equipment. Through hard work and perseverance, dedication, quality craftsmanship and loyalty, Elite Site Development now retains over 40 employees and is a multi million dollar company sustaining steady growth each year. Elite Site Development has been contracted by names such as Schmidt Construction, Arco Murray, Tavistock Development, U-Haul, and Barton Malow to name a few.
